一个天真的女孩独安闲昏暗的舞台上跳著芭蕾，诡譎的音效似乎渐渐把女孩带入未知的悲剧中，这是电影《吸血哈姆雷特》的收场。「What if Shakespeare, the Holy Grail and vampires were connected?」全片由上述的寓意贯串，故工作节詼谐诙谐，操纵剧中剧的手法改编了英国著名剧作家莎士比亚的四大悲剧作品之一──《哈姆雷特》（Hamlet又称王子复仇记）。《哈姆雷特》被援用和改编的次数不成胜数，《吸血哈姆雷特》导演Jordan Galland再次大胆改编莎翁悲剧名著，率领观眾游走在自己所营建的黑色笑剧中。
