小镇上敷裕的大门生马克和他的女友莎拉约请他们的同学来到一所奥秘的蜡像馆参观，里面栩栩如生的蜡像很块把他们吸引住。但是，实在的情况是，这些蜡像简直是活的，随后马克的朋友们便纷纷失落。经过他们艰辛的观察才发现，本来馆长是邪恶的纳粹军官，操纵巫术制造了一个个邪灵空间，他的朋友们不幸被吸了进去，成为了可骇的牺牲品。为了阻止邪恶舒展，小镇的群众决议奋起还击，将蜡像馆铲除。但在馆长魔力的感化下，狼人、吸血鬼、杀人狂以及异形等蜡像怪兽全数新生，和人类展开了大举杀戮，而马克则不幸被吸入至一个布满丧尸的邪灵空间，他能顺遂逃走吗……
