◎简 介
塔米（梅丽莎·麦卡西 Melissa McCarthy 饰）年龄不小，生活却超出越暗澹，一场意外让她落空了爱车，以后，在工作中又惨遭下属解雇。持续不断的冲击和挫折让她意气消沉，当她想要在丈夫身上追求暖和和抚慰时，却发现丈夫居然有了情人，更让塔米解体的是，这位情人居然就住在他们家隔邻。
人生走入了死胡同，塔米感应穷途末路，正当她堕入失望之时，她的外婆帕尔（苏珊·萨兰登 Susan Sarandon 饰）来到了塔米的身旁。但是，帕尔的到来并没有给塔米带来欢畅，由于帕尔是一个酗酒又粗鲁的老太太。帕尔让塔米带她去尼加拉瓜大瀑布观光，就这样两人踏上了必定不会安静的旅途。
