◎简 介
两个从美国来到德国旅游的年轻女孩林赛（阿什莉·威廉姆斯 Ashley Williams 饰）和简妮（艾什琳·叶尼 Ashlynn Yennie 饰）在前往某俱乐部的路上迷路，车爆胎。又冷又怕的二人徒步穿越树林，来到一处人迹罕至的居所求救。仆人海特医生（迪特·里瑟 Dieter Laser 饰）退休前是天下上数一数二的连体婴儿分手手术专家，退休后则努力于一项耸人听闻的反向医学研讨，处处巡捕猎物，试图经过手术将人体首尾相连，培养“人体蜈蚣”。林赛和简妮的到来令海特医生如获珍宝，在杀死一位肌肉构造不够搭配的尝试工具以后，他又用麻醉枪捉来一位日本旅客（北村章浩 饰），正式起头尝试。
