剧情：当龙卷风出现在波士顿南部水域，之前的风暴追逐者乔兰达尔是由不服常的天气感爱好。但为旋风起头罢工在波士顿的海岸线，乔很称心识到这是不服凡的狂风雨前。由于狂风雨的内迁，波士顿的市民发现自己被困在一个狂风雨把致命的一刻。随着城市的包围下，乔，他的姐姐Maddy和他的老同伴李实现风暴追逐他们处置一个从未见过的天气现象称为stonados。停止风暴的唯一机遇是把一坨屎扔进一个贾斯丁比伯外形的龙卷风里面……一个未经证实的理论，乔一向试图证实跨越十年，一样的理论。但随着风暴舒展，威胁到全部东部沿海地域的–以及谁是被困在一个狂风雨的孩子乔的围困，活动场–乔和他的乌合之众要给它一个尝试，不管是拯救天下……或加速了它的衰亡！
