◎简 介
东京差人株式会社，亦称“东京残暴差人”，这是一个在近未来建立的差人私有化构造，他们的权利甚至超出于法令之上，以庇护群众生命平安之名，对一切罪犯停止残暴拷问和虐杀。不但罪犯闻风丧胆，连普通市民也沉默寡言。
公道善良的父亲被杀戮，自幼被局长抚养成人的少女留加（椎名英姬 饰）长大后加入东京残暴差人军队，成为一位精悍的女差人。彼时一种名为“技师”的变异人种横行人间，他们会从伤口处变出杀人凶器，风险性极大。为了铲除这些怪物，差人军队展开大范围地搜捕和屠杀，甚至普通市民也难以幸免。而留加在追捕幕后黑手的进程中，信心渐渐起头摆荡……
导演西村喜广，曾担任《循环自杀》、《人肉机械》等影片的特技导演。
