繼２００８年院線電影【比佛利拜金狗】（Beverly Hills Chihuahua），以及２０１１年间接發行影音產品的續集【比佛利拜金狗２】（Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2）之後，迪士尼於２０１２年的春季再度推出此系列第三部作品【比佛利拜金狗３】（Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3: Viva La Fiesta!），本片跟第二集同樣是以间接發行影音產品的方式在美國首度推出。
在【比佛利拜金狗３】的故事中，比佛利的吉娃娃家庭又有新冒險了！Papi 和 Chloe 以及他們的五隻小狗狗，跟隨他們的仆人 Rachel 和 Sam ，搬進了一家大飯店，這裡不单豪華氣派，居然還有專門給狗狗們利用的ＳＰＡ，真是一個最完善的渡假天堂，天天都像是在開嘉年華會一樣！不過，吉娃娃家庭裡最小的成員 Rosa 卻苦衷重重，原來她覺得自己身體如此瘦小，一點也不起眼，似乎是家裡面最不重要的成員。现在狗爸爸 Papi 晓得了小 Rosa 的苦衷，他要若何幫助 Rosa 建立自傲，並發現自己的優點、發揮自己的潛力呢？
本片由 Sara E. White 製片，由 Lev L. Spiro 擔任執導，劇本則是由 Dana Starfield 所負責。配音和表演的演員則是第二集同樣的原班人馬，例如配音的包括有 George Lopez 、Odette Yustman …等等；而真人表演的演員則包括有 Erin Cahill 、Marcus Coloma …等等。至於在新加入的脚色部分，參與表演的則包括有 Frances Fisher 、Sebastian Roché 、J.P. Manoux …等等。
