一丘之貉云斯(活地夏里逊饰)与凯撒(安东尼奥班达拉斯饰)同是二流职业拳手，陷于半失业状态，正当他们意兴栏栅之际，拉斯维加斯姑且急需两名拳手，而此赛事奖金丰富，更让他们一尝当拳王的心愿。二人银斤欠缺，幸亏凯撒女友姬丝(罗丽坦大卫杜维兹饰)有辆开篷钱七代步，因而三人一路上路，在途上闹出很多风浪。当他们遇上乘顺风车的奥秘索女莉亚(刘玉玲饰)，路途更多此一举。究竟云斯与凯撒能否顺遂赶到拉斯维加斯，告竣在擂台上夺标的胡想？
