◎简 介
泛消耗公司已完全掌控了底特律市以后，与日本金光财团合作组建OCP，在底特律开辟三角洲城，并招揽雇佣兵组成暴力改建队，驱逐居民，相当数目的拆迁地居民为保卫故里组成武装气力抵挡财阀的不义计划，女童妮科（Remy Ryan Hernandez 饰）凭仗高明的电脑技术在抵挡军中表示抢眼。机械战警墨菲（Robert John Burke 饰）与老同伴路易斯履利用命时代偶然发现了居民们的存身地址，出于正义感，墨菲同随后赶到的改建队交火，机体损坏严重，路易斯不幸身亡，墨菲决议加入抵挡军。同光阴本方面为履行拆迁计划派出奸细忍者雄志，改建队头子亦操纵抵挡军中的叛徒查到了抵挡总部。在妮科的帮助下，墨菲被拉瑟斯博士整修完整，汇同不齿改建队暴力行动而挑选站到居民一边的底特律差人们，同雄志、改建队展开最初决战。
